SHIPPING INFORMATION

Ojas Co., Ltd. offers a variety of services to make it easier for our buyers to quickly and securely get their purchased items from www.ojas.co.th. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping obligations as a seller.  This policy is a part of our Terms of Use. By placing an order www.ojas.co.th, you’re agreeing to this shipping policy and our Terms of Service.

All Orders will be shipped via our available courier and generally ship within 1 or 2 Business days after we receive cleared payments.  How long it takes for you to receive it depends on where you live and the shipping method you select. Next day and Second Day Air are also available. You cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped out to you. If for any reason you need to cancel an order, you must notify us right away on the same date you placed your order. We do not refund orders that are already in transit.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping rates are set to 'Flat': Same cost to all buyers.  We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on any purchases.

We are currently accepting international orders.  But, please do call us first before ordering so we can determine the least expensive shipping price for you.  For other International Orders - Please call for Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates.

 Additional Charges

Due to the size, quantity of order and International Rate Surcharges, an additional fee may be charged to ship some items.

Shipping Damages

Shipping damages must be claimed within 14 days from delivery date of merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.

You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange with the tags and frills attached in the original condition.

We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier.  We are not responsible for lost returns. There are no returns, or refunds for international orders.  For your convenience please check the information each time before purchase.

Note: We cannot be responsible for any delays in customs international shipments. The customer assumes all responsibilities for payments for duties and taxes on overseas shipments.
